How to serve zucchini fritters?
You can serve the zucchini fritters with a dip, sauce, sour cream or vegetable salad. They taste delicious both hot and cold and are ideal as a full meal or as a snack between meals. I served my zucchini pancakes with the homemade dip made with plain yogurt, cucumber, garlic and parsley. For the sauce, cut cucumbers into very small cubes, crush garlic and chop parsley.
