  • 1 l water
  • 70 g raspberries
  • 50 g black currants
  • 2 apricots pitted
  • 1 peach pitted
  • 1 nectarine pitted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • peppermint leaves fresh


  • Cut apricots, peach and nectarine into strips and put them in a water carafe.
  • Add raspberries, black currants, lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • Pour water over the fruit in the carafe and let it steep in the refrigerator for two hours.


  • You can make flavored water with any fruits, berries, vegetables, herbs and spices. Both fresh and frozen fruits will do.
  • You can experiment with quantities of fruits, vegetables and herbs in relation to water as you like.
  • The longer you let the flavored water steep, the more intense its taste.
  • Infused water can be made with tap or sparkling water.
