Hearty rice casserole with zucchini and feta cheese
Loose, spicy and very tasty tastes this vegetarian rice casserole. Zucchini, feta cheese and rice create a unique combination of flavors. According to the recipe, you can quickly conjure up the zucchini rice casserole with a few ordinary ingredients on the dining table. It passes perfectly as a main dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
200grice(e.g. long grain rice)
350gzucchini
200gfeta cheese
2eggs
100mlmilk
100ggrated cheese
1spring onion
salt

Instructions
Cook rice in salted water according to package instructions.
Grate zucchini coarsely, crush feta cheese into small pieces and chop spring onion.
Put cooked rice, zucchini, feta cheese and spring onion in the casserole dish and mix everything together.
Beat eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the rice mixture in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle the rice mixture with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top and bottom heat for about 35 minutes.

You can refine the casserole with any herbs and spices.
