400mlwhite wine
80ghoney
1/2organic orange with peel
1/2apple
1stick ofcinnamon
2star anise
4cloves
1small piece ofnutmeg
100mlwater
Instructions
Put water in a saucepan, add cinnamon, star anise, cloves and nutmeg, boil it for about 1 minute, cover it and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Add orange and apple cut into small cubes and honey to the saucepan with the spices and squeeze some juice from the fruit, for example with a potato masher.
Add white wine, stir it and heat it up to about 60 °C - 70 °C (do not boil!). Take the saucepan off the heat, cover it and let the white mulled wine steep for about 10 minutes. Then pour it through a sieve.
