Chocolate banana ice cream

Blend frozen bananas, cocoa powder, and some plant milk – and you've got a healthy chocolate nice cream that tastes heavenly delicious. Not enough chocolate? Then mix coarsely chopped dark chocolate into the ice cream!

  • powerful blender

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable milk (e.g. almond or soy milk)

to serve (alternatively)

  • dark chocolate coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Peel bananas, slice them and freeze them.
  • Put frozen bananas, cocoa powder and plant milk in a blender and blend until creamy.
  • Pour the chocolate banana ice cream into glasses or bowls and top with coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
