Whisk eggs with salt in a mixing bowl.
Add milk and mix.
Add flour in portions and mix, for example with a fork, to form a viscous dough.
Let the galushki dough rest at room temperature while you prepare onions.
Peel onions, chop them finely, fry them in a deep pan in vegetable oil until lightly golden brown and take them off the heat first.
Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Dip a clean tablespoon into the boiling water, then take about 1/4 tablespoon of dough and add it to the boiling water. Repeat the procedure until the dough is used up.
Cook the galushki for about 5 - 10 minutes until they are done.
Take the galushki out of the water with a slotted spoon, drain them and add them to the fried onions in the pan.
Fry the galushki at high heat, stirring constantly, for about 3 - 5 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
