Chocolate peanut clusters

Chocolate peanut clusters are a delicious snack for in between and a nice gift for all those with a sweet tooth. They taste crunchy, nutty and chocolaty at the same time. With this recipe you can make chocolate peanut clusters yourself. It's very easy and quick.

Ingredients

  • 100 g peanuts** roasted and unsalted
  • 100 g peanuts** roasted and salted
  • 200 g chocolate (I used dark chocolate)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Break chocolate into pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
  • Add salted and unsalted peanuts to the chocolate.
  • Place the bowl with the chocolate and nuts over a water bath and slowly melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally.
  • Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the chocolate-peanut mixture on the baking paper.
  • Let the chocolate peanut clusters dry at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use dark, milk or white chocolate for the recipe.
  • You can use salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, or a mixture of both, depending on your taste. The nuts should be roasted.
