Chocolate peanut clusters
Chocolate peanut clusters are a delicious snack for in between and a nice gift for all those with a sweet tooth. They taste crunchy, nutty and chocolaty at the same time. With this recipe you can make chocolate peanut clusters yourself. It's very easy and quick.

Servings 23 pieces
100 g peanuts ** roasted and unsalted 100 g peanuts ** roasted and salted 200 g chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break chocolate into pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
Add salted and unsalted peanuts to the chocolate.
Place the bowl with the chocolate and nuts over a water bath and slowly melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally.
Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the chocolate-peanut mixture on the baking paper.
Let the chocolate peanut clusters dry at room temperature.
You can use dark, milk or white chocolate for the recipe.
You can use salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, or a mixture of both, depending on your taste. The nuts should be roasted.
Depending on the room temperature, the drying time can vary.
