Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place banana in a mixing bowl and mash finely with a fork or puree with a blender. If you're making the cookies with apple puree, just put it in the mixing bowl.
  • Add rapeseed oil to the banana (or the apple puree) and stir.
  • Add wholemeal flour in batches and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and chill the dough for 20 minutes.
  • Form narrow, oblong, oval cookies from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the baby cookies in a preheated oven at 170 °C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes and let them cool down.

Notes

  • Use only ripe or overripe bananas.
  • Use apple puree, which consists only of apples, without sugar or any additives.
  • The specified amount of flour may vary, depending on the size of the banana and the type of flour. Add enough flour to the other ingredients in portions until you get a soft dough. It shouldn't be soggy, but it shouldn't be dry either.
