Crispy, fresh, delicious tastes the Russian white cabbage salad with egg and sour cream. It's also filling, healthy, and lightning fast to make at home with just three main ingredients, although the recipe can be modified a bit depending on your tastes. Ingredients

  • 400 g white cabbage raw
  • 3 eggs
  • approx. 150 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch dill alternatively
  • salt

Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs and let them cool.
  • Cut white cabbage into thin strips and place in a salad bowl.
  • Alternatively, chop dill and add to white cabbage in salad bowl.
  • Pellet boiled eggs, cut them into cubes and add them to the white cabbage in the salad bowl as well.
  • Add sour cream and mix well all ingredients. Season the coleslaw with salt.

  • It is best to use young white cabbage for the coleslaw recipe.
  • Instead of dill, use other herbs, such as parsley or spring onions.
  • In addition, you can add various vegetables to the coleslaw, including fresh cucumbers or raw carrots.
