500mlcherry or grape juice
1/2organic orange with peel
1/2organic lemon with peel
1/2apple
1slice offresh ginger
1stick ofcinnamon
3cloves
100mlwater
Instructions
Put water in a saucepan, add ginger, cinnamon and cloves, boil it for 1 minute, cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Cut orange and lemon into small cubes, add them to the saucepan with the spices and squeeze some juice from the fruits, for example with a potato masher.
Cut apple into small cubes and add it to the cooking pot with the other ingredients.
Now add juice, stir it and heat it up to about 60 °C - 70 °C. Take the saucepan off the heat, cover it and let the non-alcoholic mulled wine steep for about 10 minutes. Then pour it through a sieve.
