Mango nice cream
You get an exotic banana ice cream with this recipe. Mango and bananas refined with lime juice give a unique flavor combination.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 150 g mango flesh
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/5 tsp turmeric powder (alternative)
Peel bananas, slice them and freeze them. Cut mango flesh into pieces and freeze it as well.
Put frozen bananas, frozen mango, lime juice and turmeric powder in a blender and puree until creamy.
- Instead of freezing fresh mango flesh, you can also buy frozen mango pieces and use them for the recipe.
- You can leave out the turmeric powder. It is only for the yellow color.
