How to make pizza bites: tips and tricks

  • Instead of fresh yeast you can use dry yeast for the dough. For the recipe below you will need 7 g of it.
  • Make sure that the water for the dough is lukewarm. It must not be hot, otherwise the yeast will lose its effect, and it must not be cold, otherwise the dough will take too long to rise.
  • The amount of flour given in the recipe may vary. Therefore, add the flour in portions until the dough has the right consistency. It should be firm and somewhat sticky, not mushy and not dry.
  • Be sure to knead the yeast dough for about 7 – 8 minutes so that it becomes smooth, elastic and no longer sticky.
  • For the tomato sauce you can use any spices. You can also adjust the amount of garlic to taste.
  • Instead of broccoli, tomatoes and onions, you can add any toppings to your pizza bites. Here you can find some ideas.
  • Because of the high baking temperature, you should not leave the mini pizza unattended for too long while baking, so that it does not burn.
